Hello. I’m Sean, and I like to design things.
I’ve been doing it since I could pick up a crayon.
As my skillset grew, I discovered that design was everywhere, all around me, and that our perceptions could be shaped—or changed entirely—by a simple brushstoke.
After training that included Parsons The New School for Design and The Academy of Art University, I learned to translate those simple brushstrokes into effective products for both the Web and print.
I have produced successful print campaigns at local, regional and national levels. I have worked alone and in teams to create Web sites and applications for clients large and small.
I’m currently working with a talented group of designers and programmers at VISIONN Creative Marketing in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. And I still use crayons.
Below you’ll find some of my recent work. If you have any questions, just email me!
Web Featured Project
Wheel Specialists
Wheel Specialists, one of the Southwest’s largest wheel and tire distributors, needed a large database-driven site that could showcase their growing catalog of products. The challenge was to create a site that could scale to accommodate huge amounts of data, while still retaining the clean, focused image Wheel Specialists is known for. For that, I turned to a fluid layout that could expand and contract to look great on any monitor.
Along with the team at VISIONN, we created a custom content management system that allowed Wheel Specialists to control just about every aspect of the site, including the wheel and tire catalog, company news, an advanced photo gallery and client-created flash content.

Print Featured Project
American Heart Association
The American Heart Association needed a print campaign for their annual “Go Red For Women” Luncheon, which aims to increase awareness of heart disease in women. The package included a save-the-date card, an invitation and rsvp, a program for the event, event signage and more.
I created a theme around the “Go Red in Your Own Style” tagline that carried through all the collateral. Embellished typography and ornaments as well as unique folds and placement turned a simple 2-color mailer into a successful, fully-branded package. The identity was so successful, in fact, that they chose to use slightly modified versions of the original design for the next two events.
